Theatre Festival featuring New Plays

Don’t be fooled by the title: it may be called the Rhubarb Festival but this special event has little to do with rhubarb! This year’s 30th Rhubarb Festival features new stage plays by Lex Vaughn, Jenn Goodwin, Erin Shields, Chad Dembski and others. The Rhubarb Festival is a great opportunity to see some new live theatre at a very reasonable price. You’ll also enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the Buddies in Bad Times theatre. Admission is $17 for one evening pass, $25 for a week pass $25, or $60 for the festival pass $60 that gives you unlimited access to all the presentations. Happening at the Buddies in Bad Times theatre, 12 Alexander. 416-975-8555, artsexy.ca.
