Quickly having become an annual favorite, this South Asian festival showcases an impressive array of South Asian Canadian talent and features an interesting mix of hip-hop, qawwali, pop, rock, Punjabi folk and R&B.

desiFEST boasts the pioneers of Indian fusion music and its main headliner is Raghav. Raghav is an internationally acclaimed Canadian crossover artist and will be performing his chart-topping tunes at this free 12 hour music festival.

Running Saturday May 30th, 2009 11am to 11pm and hosted by festival founder Sathish Bala (Sats B), the Toronto artists also include heavy hitters Blitzkrieg and Parichay.

So Enjoy! And we’ll see you international travelers and BoD fans there!
