So you are visiting Toronto and you want to experience as much authentic Canadiana as possible? Well, you are in luck! Right now 12 Restaurants across Toronto are participating in an event called Localicious.
Localicious, likely modeled after Toronto’s annual Winterlicious, will feature price fixe menus that are comprised of local and sustainable ingredients. Of course locally grown ingredients mean that you are guaranteed to receive an authentic Canadian dining experience. As an added incentive to take part in Toronto’s Localicious, a portion of the money collected from your stellar dining experience will be donated to WWF, the World Wildlife Fund. Toronto Localicious will run until October 18th.
