Downsview Park Trail of Lights

Here is an event that Toronto residents and Toronto visitors won’t want to miss! One of Canada’s biggest holiday light shows is taking place at Downsview Park, starting this Friday November 27th, 2009.

The Downsview Park Trail of Lights is a three kilometre trail with over 400,000 LED lights creating themed and animated light displays. Wednesday Nights are advertised as Walk Through Wednesdays. Admission is $7 per person with a discount of $5 for groups of four who book online before December 5th. On any other night of the week, if you have a vehicle, you can pack up the friends or family and pay $20 per vehicle (car/van/SUV) and drive through the Trail of Lights. Order your tickets online before December 5th and that price drops to just $15 per vehicle.

The Trail of Lights is open every night, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day but it the park does close at 11:00pm nightly so head out early and don’t forget the hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies.

I rlleay like Forever 21 although it is like two different stores to me. Sometimes I go in and it’s all junk and sometimes I find lots. They are all, as far as I can tell, badly organized and a lot of the time they will only have one or two of something I want but only in XS. I know what you mean about the t-shirts there, they’re good ones. I hate feeling like I have to pull my shirt down all day (and my job means I am often kneeling and squatting).
